Disappointed?
Tired?
Shocked?
Hurt?
Or perhaps angry or really irritated?
I realized this past weekend, how spoiled I (and most of our western culture) am. We have such ready access to tehcnological conveniences that make our lives so much easier and enable us to do tasks more quickly. Any time I want to look something up, I can quickly do a google search for something on the internet. I can go to Amazon and order items that will be delivered to our house in short time so that I don’t even have to go out to a store. Quickly, I can decide that I want to watch something on tv and just turn to it.

I have to say, it definitely was very inconvenient for this to happen during the Christmas holiday. I wanted to watch some Christmas movies or binge watch shows that I am behind watching. But, the internet and all that requires it, was not available, for over 3 full days. Honestly, I was very disappointed and became more and more frustrated every day that we did not have service. I know, first world problems, right?
